Refund policy

If you’d like to return your artwork, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How To Make A Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and/or name via the contact page, email or phone
  2. Package the item appropriately
  3. Return the item to the address provided bellow
  4. Receive a refund within 10 days of return

Conditions For Returns

Return your print for a full refund providing:

  • The print(s) were delivered to you or collected in the last 30 days
  • The print(s) are returned in original condition and suitably protected

Orders Damaged On Delivery

You will be reimbursed no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will refund to the original payment method and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please provide us with pictures of damaged packaging/goods, we will follow this up with delivery company.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your order to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
